DUO Mobile: New Phone or Missing DUO Accounts
Overview
DUO Mobile is used for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) when logging into:
- Braman-owned Windows computers
- Email accounts (OWA) via exchange.postoffice.net
We highly recommend using the DUO Mobile App for the best experience. It enables:
- Faster logins via push notifications
- Backup login method using time-based one-time passcodes (TOTP)
What Accounts Should You See in the DUO App?
If set up correctly, your DUO Mobile app should display these accounts:
- Braman Motors – for logging into Braman-owned Windows computers
- SilverSky Exchange – for accessing your email via exchange.postoffice.net
Missing a DUO Account?
1. Missing Braman Motors Account (Windows Computer Login)

Include: Your full name and cell phone number
The IT team will help you reconfigure DUO on your phone
2. Missing SilverSky Exchange Account (Email Login)
Follow the instructions in the video attached to this article to reconfigure the DUO account for your email access.
Changed Your Phone Number?
If you've recently changed your phone number, DUO will not work until it's updated.
