CTI Toolbar installation

Click on CTIDesktopSetup.exe

Follow the instructions to install (Make sure ADP DRIVE and CRM are closed)

When it's installed and comes up to the dialog page, type 192.224.36.25 in the server box

Put a "BM" in the organization box

Click refresh

Click the dropdown arrow by the username and choose your name

The password is "password" (no quotes)

It may ask you to change your password. When you do, make sure you put something in there that you'll remember.

If we have already installed it for you the password is Password (with a capital P)

When this thing is all installed it will pop up a text article. Feel free to read it.
